Combining the cleansing power of breathwork, chakra attuned music, and free-form dance, you’ll experience a powerful release and leave feeling liberated.

We’ll start in a welcome circle and have an intro into the breathwork breath (optional for your journey). From there we'll blast the chakra-attuned music and embark on an unguided dance journey. We’ll end with a closing circle.

Wear comfortable clothes for movement. Bring a water bottle and an open heart. We’ll have wide open windows in a bright sunny space. Come prepared to let loose and free yourself.
