Samhain, Halloween, All Hallow’s Eve/Day. As the veil thins, we have a unique opportunity to commune through our breath with those who’ve crossed over. Breathwork invites that unseen to emerge, to become conscious and to heal. This is a potent time to explore. An event for first-timers and experienced journeyers alike.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for gaining access to insights from your subconscious mind and the great beyond. Many who have practiced breathwork describe it as one of the most transformational modalities they’ve experienced, myself included.
Benefits:
Release suppressed emotion such as grief, joy, anger, etc
Connect with the energies of loved ones who’ve crossed over, guides, spirit animals and ancestors
Move stuck energy
Help you understand patterns
Expand consciousness
Challenge limiting beliefs
Reveal areas for growth and energetic expansion
This session includes a brief history of breathwork, a ~45 minute breathwork journey, and processing. Space is limited to 8 participants to provide a safely held container for exploration.
Shamanic Breathwork® journeying uses a breathing technique, chakra attuned music (played at high volume), and drumming to allow your subconscious to be made conscious in order to rapidly facilitate healing and transformation.
Investment in yourself: $50
What to bring:
Wear comfy clothes for movement or stillness
Anything that will help you relax into the experience, like a favorite blanket or a supportive object.
An open mind and an open heart
Where: We'll meet at Mend Therapy in third floor ballroom of a historic mansion in Loring Park neighborhood. The space is light, with open windows on nice days, and wood floors. Great energy!
