Deep Dive: Breathwork Journey

  • 314 Clifton Avenue, Suite 300 Minneapolis, MN, 55403 United States (map)

Breathwork is a powerful tool for gaining access to answers just underneath the surface, in your subconscious mind. This month we’ll be just after the full moon, a potent time for amplified exploration.

It serves to:

  • Expand consciousness

  • Release suppressed emotion, such as grief, joy, anger

  • Move stuck energy

  • Help you understand patterns

  • Challenge limiting beliefs

  • Shine light on areas for growth and energetic expansion

Many who have practiced breathwork call it one of the most profound experience of their lives, myself included. This experience is open to first timers and experienced breathers alike.

This session includes a 1-hour breathwork journey, art processing, and group sharing circle. These small group sessions are limited to 6 participants to provide a safely held container for deep work.

Shamanic Breathwork® journeying uses a breathing technique, chakra attuned music (played at high volume), and drumming to allow your unconscious to be made conscious in order to rapidly facilitate healing and transformation. You’ll be free to move about during your journey to assist in releasing any pent up emotion.

Investment in yourself: $75

What to bring:

  • Wear comfy clothes for movement or stillness

  • Anything that will help you relax into the experience, like a favorite blanket or a supportive object.

  • Journal and pen (optional)

  • An open mind and an open heart

Where: We'll meet at Mend Therapy in third floor ballroom of a historic mansion in Loring Park neighborhood. The space is light, with open windows on nice days, and wood floors. Great energy!

From Levitie: It's my greatest joy to hold sacred space for you on your transformational journey. I’ve been certified to lead Shamanic Breathwork®, completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training, served as executive director of a spiritual retreat center, written a memoir, spent 15 years facilitating for nonprofits and public agencies, visited over 45 countries, and dedicated years of my life to healing after living with PTSD for 12 years. What a wild ride! I'm known for my laugh and my smile, so together we'll bring levity to the deep work that I believe gives life meaning.
